Your Privacy Guarantee
iRun Studio is designed to run AI models entirely on your device. When using local models (GGUF, MLX), your conversations, prompts, uploaded files, and generated content never leave your device. No analytics, telemetry, or usage data is collected or transmitted to our servers.
Cloud AI & Optional Connections
If you optionally configure cloud AI providers (e.g., Google Gemini, Claude, OpenAI, or OpenRouter via custom API keys), your prompts are securely transmitted directly to that third-party provider's endpoints. Each provider operates under its respective terms and privacy policy.
API Key Security
API keys entered into iRun Studio are encrypted and stored locally in your Apple device Keychain. Keys are never transmitted to iRun servers or third parties other than the selected provider.
Remote & Network Features
iRun's remote control and local sync features communicate peer-to-peer over your local Wi-Fi or Apple Multipeer Connectivity. No data is routed through external intermediate servers.
Complete Data Ownership
Chat logs, system prompts, memory embeddings, and generated images remain stored exclusively in your device's local application container. You can export or permanently delete your data at any time via Settings.
